I believe that life is about change. Change comes in the form of disruption. This has been captured in the business world by luminaries such as Clayton Christensen in his Innovator’s Dilemma. However, I believe that disruption goes far beyond the business world, occuring in every day life when our beliefs and ideals are questioned.

As a teen this was viewed as “rebelliousness” or “non-conformity” but as an adult I now recognize that I have the ability to look beyond the obvious and see disruption for what it is.

This is the force of different thinking and I strongly believe it’s what changes our lives for the better.
